Welcome to the Community Foundation of Decatur/Macon County scholarship page for Millikin University. Below you will see a variety of scholarships and grants that are given by Millikin University for MU Students. Millikin University Merit Scholarship
All students admitted to Millikin University are eligible for this scholarship. Requirements are to complete the application process and be formally admitted.

Millikin University Talent Awards
All students admitted to Millikin University with the intention to participate in our theatre, music or art program are eligible for a talent award. A student is required to complete an audition, portfolio review or interview and then participate in that area during attendance.

Millikin University Presidential Scholarship
All students admitted to Millikin University and eligible for our honors program (27 composite ACT and top 10% of graduating class) are eligible for our Presidential Scholarship. This is a full tuition scholarship, renewable for four years. A separate application and interview are required to be eligible for this scholarship.

Millikin University Leighty Science Scholarship
All students admitted to Millikin University, eligible for our honors program (27 composite ACT and top 10% of graduating class) and intending to study a natural science (biology, chemistry or physics) are eligible for the Leighty Science Scholarship. A separate application and interview are required to be eligible for this scholarship.

Millikin University Long Vanderburg Scholarship
All students admitted to Millikin University with a GPA of at least 3.0 and an interest in continuing our proud tradition of diversity on campus are eligible for the Long-Vanderburg Scholarship. A separate application and interview are required for eligibility.

Millikin University Literary Festival Scholarship
All students who win this scholarship by competing in our Annual Literary Festival and enroll at Millikin University are eligible for our Literary Festival Scholarship. Students must submit a written sample for evaluation.

Millikin University Service Learning Scholarship
All students admitted to Millikin University who are academically strong students and committed to community service are eligible for the Service Learning Scholarship. A separate application and interview are required for eligibility.

Millikin University Caterpillar Scholarship
All students admitted to Millikin University are eligible for the Caterpillar Scholarship. Preference is offered to dependents of Caterpillar employees or students majoring in business who demonstrate a high need and high potential for academic success. A separate application is required for eligibility.

Millikin University Orndorff Eagle Scout Scholarship
All students admitted to Millikin University who have earned the rank of Eagle Scout, earned a 24 ACT or 1090 SAT (combined math and verbal) and have demonstrated leadership in scouting are eligible for the Orndorff Eagle Scout Scholarship. This $2,500/year scholarship requires a separate application.

All students admitted to Millikin University who have a parent, grandparent or great-grandparent who is an alum are eligible for our Alumni/Legacy Scholarship. This scholarship requires a separate application.

All students admitted to Millikin University who have a sibling currently attending Millikin are eligible for a Sibling Scholarship. This scholarship requires a separate application.
