Louise "Wegi" Ferry Stewart, President, has been involved in the Decatur community working in the non-profit and government arenas for more than 20 years. Prior to becoming the Foundation president, she served for three years as executive director of the Richland Community College Foundation, where she led the first major gifts campaign in that Foundation's history. She served as Senior Development Officer for the Decatur Memorial Hospital Foundation from 1999 to 2007, and prior to that was President of the Community Investment Corporation of Decatur, Inc, and Director of the Dove, Inc. Homeward Bound Supportive Housing Program. She currently serves on the Decatur Public Building Commission. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Government from Georgetown University. She lives in Decatur with her husband David Stewart and has three grown children.

Missy Batman, Vice President of Operations and Finance, has a BS in Business Administration. Prior to joining The Community Foundation, she was Investor Relations Coordinator for Nims Associates, Inc., a locally owned IT consulting firm. When Nims was purchased in 2004, she decided to pursue her passion by working in the non-profit sector. At The Foundation she is responsible for the finances of the organization and grant administration. Missy is the chair person of The Decatur Jobs Council and a past Board member of the Decatur Sister Cities and Macon County CASA. She has also served as a volunteer for The Tax Project in Macon County.

Marilyn Metzger, Business Manager, is the retired from being Business Manager of Rolling Prairie Library System for thirty years. She has been with The Foundation for six years. Marilyn works with accounts receivable, accounts payable, correspondence, keeps track of grant requests and occasionally writes articles for The Focus. Marilyn is active in Senior Ministry at her church.
