Natalie Beck, President & CEO
Natalie Beck joined the Community Foundation of Macon County in October 2018. She became a certified fundraising executive in 2015. She has 25 years of experience in fundraising and not-for-profit management in Macon County. In her current role, Natalie helps area donors and their advisers accomplish their philanthropic objectives. Natalie has master and bachelor degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She lives in Decatur with her husband Matt, owner of BARBECK Communications, and has three married daughters and 11 grandchildren.

Missy Batman, Vice President of Finance & Foundation Services
Missy’s work spans the spectrum of donor relations, preparing financial statements and investment reports, to human resource management and event planning and execution. Missy is passionate about the role of The Community Foundation in the lives of donors and the vibrancy of Macon County. She loves helping the wonderful people who seek guidance in how to become impactful donors. Missy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She earned her SHRM-SCP accreditation in 2019.

Dani Craft, Vice President of Strategic Grantmaking & Community Advancement
Dani is dedicated to community improvement through building partnerships with individuals, organizations, and businesses. Community engagement is at the heart of the Dani’s work at The Community Foundation. Dani and her husband are lifetime residents of Central Illinois and graduates of Millikin University. Dani came to The Community Foundation from the pharmaceutical industry where she garnered years of experience and expertise in various management roles. Dani gets great fulfillment in working with the partnerships and collaborations of EDCO, The Community Foundation’s most advanced initiative.

Chasity Casey, Finance and Foundation Services Associate
Chasity joined our team in 2019. She enjoys interacting with donors and discovering the organizations and causes that are important to them. Chasity joined us from the Decatur Family YMCA where she worked for six years. In 2016 she was awarded their outstanding customer service award.

Nora Reed, Administrative Assistant
Nora has many years of experience working in the business sector and accounting. She holds an advanced certificate in accounting from Richland Community College where she spent several years working in the Business Office.
